Section 64
Prohibition on Representation
The employee should not represent any person or group on behalf of any other person or group, except to make a request to the relevant agency or authority by himself or through his representative. However, this Act shall not be deemed to hinder the representation of the employees recognized by the Government of Nepal on behalf of the professional organization and any action to be taken on the basis of the official responsibility of the employee.
